At the workshop, Jedrzej, the architect of pizza, will teach you how to make the dough and sauce, present a recipe for the original Neapolitana and help you understand the basics of working with pizza. You will learn many techniques and nuances that will make you a better pizzaiolo. Jedrzej is a designer by training, but he also graduated from the Associazione Verace Pizza Neapoletana school in Naples and earned the title of Pizzaiolo Verace. He won V. Place in Italy - in the Trofeo Pulcinella competition, Naples 2018. and VI. place in the World - in the Olimpiadi Vera Pizza Napoletana competition, Naples 2019. All pizzas are good, but yours can be masterful!

Jedrzej Lewandowski is a designer by profession, who graduated from the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana school in Naples and obtained the title of Pizzaiolo Verace.
In the field of pizza, he is the only Pole to have obtained significant honors in prestigious Italian and World championships.
In 2018, he took 5th place in Italy at the Trofeo Pulcinella Neapolitan Pizza Championship in Naples.
In 2019, at the most important international championship of Neapolitan pizza, Olimpiadi Vera Pizza Neapoletana 2019, he took 6th place in the world in the category "Under 35."
In 2021, Jedrzeja's Green Mountain restaurant was ranked in the Best Pizzeria AVPN - Top 30 AVPN Pizzerias in the World.
